Birth Doula Support

Birth Support provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a birthing person and their family before, during, and shortly after childbirth.

Your Doula will stay with you continuously to offer comfort measures—such as massage, position changes, breathing guidance, and aromatherapy—and helps facilitate communication with your medical team.

There will be a postnatal check up and meet with you after to support you in every way.

Postpartum Doula Support

The Doula will provide non-medical, physical, emotional, and informational support to
families during the critical "fourth trimester" (the first 12 weeks after birth). There will be
assistance with newborn care , maternal recovery , feeding support , and light household
assistance.

Sleep Training Support

Support Independent Sleep which Teaching babies to fall asleep without external aids like rocking, nursing, or holding.

Establish consistent schedules or routines including calming pre-bedtime habits (like a bath or reading).

Assist with tips and advice like Keeping the room dark, quiet, and at a comfortable temperature with white noise
